Method
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the fillets. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Top each fillet with half of the chopped fresh dill. Squeeze the juice from half of the lemon over the fish.
- Place the lemon slices on top of the fillets.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately.

Notes
You can substitute dried dill for fresh dill, using about 1 teaspoon of dried dill for every 1 tablespoon of fresh dill required.
