- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add the broccoli florets and sliced red bell pepper to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, and garlic powder to make the sauce.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Toss to coat everything evenly. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
You can substitute chicken with shrimp or tofu. For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes with the sauce ingredients.
