Garlic Butter Shrimp (Sheet Pan)

Ingredients
  

Shrimp
  • 1.5 pounds Shrimp Peeled and deveined
Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Butter Melted
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Parsley Fresh, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Large bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  3. Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl with the garlic butter sauce. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly.
  4. Spread the shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

You can serve this garlic butter shrimp with rice, pasta, or a side salad.
