Ingredients
  

For the Yogurt Base
  • 2 cups Plain Greek yogurt Full fat recommended
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup Or honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
For the Toppings
  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries Sliced
  • 1/2 cup Dark chocolate chips Melted

Equipment

  • Parchment paper
  • Blender or food processor

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a layer about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Arrange the sliced strawberries over the yogurt layer.
  5. Drizzle the melted dark chocolate over the strawberries and yogurt.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 3 hours, or until completely firm.
  7. Once frozen, break the yogurt bark into irregular pieces.
  8. Store the pieces in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

If you prefer a sweeter base, add 1 more tablespoon of maple syrup to the yogurt mixture. For a firmer bark, use full-fat yogurt.
