Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
Coating Mixture
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Dredging
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tbsp olive oil optional for extra crispiness

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken tender in beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray with olive oil if you are using it.
  5. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  6. Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Serve immediately.

Notes

Spray lightly with cooking oil for extra crispiness. You can use gluten-free breadcrumbs if needed. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
