  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. This helps the skin crisp up.
  3. Rub the chicken thighs all over with olive oil. In a small bowl, mix the salt, pepper, and paprika. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over all sides of the chicken.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken thighs skin-side up in an oven-safe skillet.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit (74 degrees Celsius) when checked with a meat thermometer.
  6. Remove the skillet from the oven. Let the chicken rest in the pan for 5 minutes before serving.
