- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. This helps the skin crisp up.
- Rub the chicken thighs all over with olive oil. In a small bowl, mix the salt, pepper, and paprika. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over all sides of the chicken.
- Place the seasoned chicken thighs skin-side up in an oven-safe skillet.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit (74 degrees Celsius) when checked with a meat thermometer.
- Remove the skillet from the oven. Let the chicken rest in the pan for 5 minutes before serving.
