- Place the strawberries, rolled oats, Greek yogurt, and milk into a blender.
- Add the vanilla extract and honey or maple syrup if you are using them.
- Blend on high until smooth, about 30 to 45 seconds. Stop the blender and scrape down the sides if necessary.
- Check the consistency and sweetness. Add a bit more milk if you want it thinner, or more sweetener if you prefer it sweeter.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and consume right away for the best texture and freshness.
Notes
You can swap Greek yogurt for dairy-free yogurt like almond or coconut yogurt to make this recipe vegan. If strawberries are not in season, try using mixed berries or frozen cherries instead.
