  • 1 cup Strong brewed coffee, chilled Or 1 shot espresso, cooled
  • 1/2 cup Milk of choice Dairy or non-dairy
  • 2 tbsp Sweetener Simple syrup, sugar, or alternative
  • 1 cup Ice cubes
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract (optional)

Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients and equipment. Make sure your brewed coffee is already chilled.
  2. Place the chilled coffee, milk, sweetener, and vanilla extract (if using) into a blender.
  3. Add the ice cubes to the blender last.
  4. Secure the lid and blend on high speed for 30 to 60 seconds, or until the mixture is smooth and slightly frothy.
  5. Pour the blended drink into a tall glass. Serve immediately.
