- Pat the chicken dry with paper towels. Season both sides with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5 to 6 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.
- Reduce the heat to medium. In the same skillet, melt the butter, scraping up any bits from the bottom. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, until fragrant.
- Stir in the lemon juice and let the sauce simmer for another 1 to 2 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top. Let it simmer for another 2 minutes so the flavors combine.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
