Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of the salmon fillets with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, mix together the dried dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Sprinkle the herb mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Place a few thin slices of lemon on top of each fillet.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately.
