- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Scramble or soft-cook the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the sausage or bacon and crumble it into small bits.
- Flatten each biscuit round using your hands or a rolling pin.
- Add a spoonful of eggs, cheese, and meat into the center of each dough round.
- Pinch the edges together to seal the filling inside and roll into a ball.
- Place each ball seam-side down on a lined baking tray.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped herbs if using.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
