- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- In a bowl, whisk together minced garlic, lemon juice, and soy sauce. Pour this mixture over the chicken in the skillet.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Allow chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
