- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Rub the olive oil over all sides of the chicken breasts.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts. Place the seasoned chicken in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit (74 degrees Celsius) when checked with a meat thermometer.
- Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing or serving.
