- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
- Spread the cubed bread evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the cooked sausage and shredded cheeses over the bread.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread, sausage, and cheese.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for another 20 minutes, or until the casserole is set and golden brown.
- Let the casserole stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.
