Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Butter Melted
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp Dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp Salt Or to taste
  • 1/8 tsp Black pepper Freshly ground

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease an oven-safe skillet.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry using paper towels. Place them on the prepared baking sheet or skillet.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried parsley, salt, and pepper to create the sauce.
  4. Spoon the garlic butter mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet, making sure to coat the surface.
  5. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Cooking time depends on the thickness of your fillets.
