- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the trimmed asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 10-15 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the asparagus during the last 2 minutes of roasting.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
You can add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving for extra brightness.
