Ingredients
  

For the Rolls
  • 1 can (8 oz) Refrigerated crescent roll dough Unrolled
  • 1 lb Breakfast sausage Cooked and drained
  • 6 Large eggs
  • 1/2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp Milk
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. Cook the breakfast sausage in a skillet according to package directions. Drain off any excess grease.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk and black pepper until combined.
  4. Stir the cooked sausage and shredded cheese into the egg mixture.
  5. Unroll the crescent roll dough. Separate the dough into 6 equal triangles.
  6. Spoon an equal amount of the sausage and egg mixture onto the wide end of each dough triangle.
  7. Roll the dough up tightly, starting from the wide end and rolling toward the point. Place the rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the filling is set.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes
