Method
 

  1. In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, cream cheese, protein powder, and sugar-free maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
  2. Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs and mix with the melted butter.

  4. Spoon the cheesecake filling over the crust in each jar.
  5. Refrigerate the jars for 1 to 2 hours.
  6. Once chilled, top with fresh fruit or your favorite jam and serve.
