Ingredients

For the Salmon
  • 4 Salmon fillets (about 6 oz each) Skin on or off
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
For the Honey Mustard Glaze
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Small bowl

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, and minced garlic to create the glaze.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush them lightly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spoon the honey mustard glaze evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Cooking time depends on the thickness of your fillets.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve immediately. You can serve this with roasted vegetables cooked on the same pan if desired.
