- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt for the dry ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract for the wet ingredients.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Fold in the chopped apples.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the bake cool slightly before cutting and serving.
