  • 1 cup Milk (dairy or non-dairy) Chilled
  • 1 frozen Banana Cut into chunks
  • 1 tsp Matcha green tea powder
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla bean powder
  • 1 tsp Sweetener (maple syrup or honey) Adjust to taste
  • 3 cubes Ice Optional, for thicker consistency

Method
 

  1. Place the milk, frozen banana chunks, matcha powder, vanilla bean powder, and sweetener into your blender.
  2. Add the ice cubes if you are using them.
  3. Secure the lid and blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.
