Method
- Prepare your ingredients: peel and dice the mangoes, slice the banana, and chunk the fresh pineapple. Have everything ready for blending.
- Combine the diced mangoes, sliced banana, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, and pineapple chunks in a high-speed blender.
- If you want the smoothie sweeter, add honey or agave syrup to your taste. Pour in the fresh lime juice.
- Blend the mixture on high speed until it is smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash of coconut milk and blend again.
- Add the ice cubes and blend again until the ice is crushed and the smoothie is frosty.
- Taste the smoothie. Adjust the flavor by adding more honey for sweetness or more lime juice for acidity. Blend briefly to mix in any changes.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses. Serve immediately.
