Equipment

  • High-speed blender
  • Measuring cups and spoons

Method

  1. Prepare your ingredients: peel and dice the mangoes, slice the banana, and chunk the fresh pineapple. Have everything ready for blending.
  2. Combine the diced mangoes, sliced banana, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, and pineapple chunks in a high-speed blender.
  3. If you want the smoothie sweeter, add honey or agave syrup to your taste. Pour in the fresh lime juice.
  4. Blend the mixture on high speed until it is smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash of coconut milk and blend again.
  5. Add the ice cubes and blend again until the ice is crushed and the smoothie is frosty.
  6. Taste the smoothie. Adjust the flavor by adding more honey for sweetness or more lime juice for acidity. Blend briefly to mix in any changes.
  7. Pour the smoothie into glasses. Serve immediately.
