- Prepare the fruit. Slice the strawberries. Cut the pineapple, cantaloupe, and honeydew into thick pieces suitable for cutting shapes.
- Use the small heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut hearts from the pineapple, cantaloupe, and honeydew pieces. Set these aside.
- In the large mixing bowl, gently combine the strawberry slices, halved red grapes, and the melon and pineapple hearts.
- Prepare the dressing by whisking together the lime juice and honey in a small bowl until mixed.
- Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture. Gently toss the fruit to coat it lightly with the dressing.
- Serve the fruit salad immediately or chill for up to one hour before serving.
Notes
For best results, cut the melons and pineapple just before assembling to keep the shapes firm. If you do not have a cutter, you can simply dice all the fruit.
