Homemade Dry Au Jus Seasoning Mix

Ingredients
  

For the Mix
  • 1/4 cup Beef bouillon granules
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dried parsley

Equipment

  • Measuring spoons
  • Measuring cups
  • Airtight container

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Whisk together until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container.
  4. Store in a cool, dry place.

Notes

To make au jus, whisk 1 tablespoon of this mix with 1 cup of boiling water. Simmer for 1-2 minutes until slightly thickened.
