- Wash the fresh baby spinach thoroughly. Cut the pineapple into chunks, and make sure your banana is frozen.
- Add the prepared spinach, pineapple chunks, frozen banana, coconut water, and any optional hemp hearts or sweetener to a blender.
- Secure the lid and blend the mixture until it is completely smooth. Blend on high speed until you reach a thick consistency.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and drink it right away.
