Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 2 cups Fresh Baby Spinach
  • 1 cup Pineapple fresh or frozen
  • 1 medium Frozen Banana
For Hydration
  • 1 cup Coconut Water or almond milk
For Extra Nutrition
  • 2 tablespoons Hemp Hearts optional
For Sweetening
  • 1 tablespoon Sweetener honey, maple syrup, or agave nectar

Method
 

  1. Wash the fresh baby spinach thoroughly. Cut the pineapple into chunks, and make sure your banana is frozen.
  2. Add the prepared spinach, pineapple chunks, frozen banana, coconut water, and any optional hemp hearts or sweetener to a blender.
  3. Secure the lid and blend the mixture until it is completely smooth. Blend on high speed until you reach a thick consistency.
  4. Pour the smoothie into a glass and drink it right away.
