Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
For the Marinade
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
For Garnish
  • 1 tbsp green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Method
 

  1. Mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, sesame oil, ginger, rice vinegar, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade, coating them evenly. Let the chicken sit for 20 minutes.
  3. Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6 to 7 minutes per side.
  4. Pour the remaining marinade into the pan and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before you serve the dish.

Notes

You can marinate the chicken for up to 2 hours for deeper flavor. Adjust the amount of honey if you prefer a different level of sweetness. This dish pairs well with steamed rice or your favorite vegetables.
