- Heat the oven to 200C/400F and arrange a rack in the middle of the oven.
- In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Place the chicken wings in a baking dish and sprinkle with the spice mix, coating them well.
- Pour olive oil over the seasoned wings and bake for 45 minutes.
- While the wings are cooking, add the butter to a small pot over low heat.
- Add the minced garlic and parsley, stirring until the garlic is fragrant. Remove from heat.
- Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven.
- Pour the garlic sauce mixture over the wings and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for an additional 5 minutes, until the wings become crispy and brown.
