Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp
  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
For the Sauce
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter provides richness
  • 4 cloves garlic fresh minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional for heat
  • 1 to taste salt basic seasoning
  • 1 to taste black pepper basic seasoning
For the Finish
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice fresh juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 whole lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
  3. Once the butter is bubbling, add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes and sauté for about 1 minute.
  4. Add shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in fresh lemon juice.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
