- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until combined.
- Dip each Ritz cracker into the buttery mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously on top of the coated crackers.
- Bake for 7-10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and is bubbly.
- Once out of the oven, sprinkle with dried parsley.
- Let them cool for a minute, then serve warm.
