- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet. Brush both sides with olive oil.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden and crisp. Let cool.
- In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped smoked salmon and capers.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture onto each cooled crostini.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For an extra touch, garnish with a small sprig of fresh dill or a thin slice of lemon.
