- Pat the chicken thighs dry using paper towels. This helps the seasoning adhere better.
- In a small bowl, mix the salt, pepper, and garlic powder together.
- Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over all surfaces of the chicken thighs.
- Place the seasoned chicken thighs in the slow cooker. Arrange them in a single layer if possible.
- Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or on high for 3 to 4 hours, until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Carefully remove the chicken from the slow cooker using tongs. Let the chicken rest on a cutting board for 15 minutes before serving.
