Method
- Season the chicken pieces with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides and cooked through.
- Remove the cooked chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
- Lower the heat to medium. Pour the chicken broth into the skillet and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
- Whisk in the heavy cream and the dry Ranch seasoning mix until combined.
- Bring the sauce to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens slightly, about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Toss gently to coat the chicken completely with the creamy ranch sauce. Heat for 1 minute until the chicken is warmed through.
- Serve the creamy ranch chicken immediately over rice, pasta, or with a side of vegetables.

Notes
You can use pre-shredded or freshly grated Parmesan cheese. If you prefer a thinner sauce, add a splash more chicken broth.
