Cook Time 10 minutes
Total Time 20 minutes
Servings: 2 wraps
Course: Lunch
Cuisine: American

Ingredients

For the Wrap
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced Rotisserie chicken works well
  • 1/2 cup Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing Store-bought is fine
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp croutons, crushed Optional

Equipment

  • Skillet
  • Cutting board

Method

  1. If your chicken is not already cooked, cook the chicken breast in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Shred or dice the chicken and set aside.
  2. Warm the flour tortillas briefly in a dry skillet or microwave until they are pliable.
  3. Lay a warm tortilla flat. Place half of the chopped lettuce down the center.
  4. Top the lettuce with half of the cooked chicken, half of the grated Parmesan cheese, and half of the crushed croutons, if using.
  5. Drizzle half of the Caesar dressing over the filling.
  6. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to create the wrap. Repeat for the second wrap.

Notes

You can add black pepper to taste before rolling the wrap. If you prefer a toasted wrap, you can place the finished wrap back in the skillet for one minute per side until lightly browned.
