  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Method
 

  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry and mince the garlic.
  2. Whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and garlic in a small bowl.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the salmon fillets, skin-side down. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Flip the salmon, pour the glaze over, and cook for another 3-4 minutes, basting with the sauce.
  5. Remove from the skillet, drizzle with remaining glaze, and garnish with green onions before serving.
