- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish and place the chicken breasts inside. Pat them dry and season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Spread the sauce generously over each chicken breast in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top of the sauced chicken.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes after baking.
- Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions and serve hot.
Notes
You can use boneless chicken thighs instead of breasts for a juicier alternative.
Adjust the heat by increasing or reducing the sriracha based on your spice preference.
