Baked Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
  

For the Dip
  • 10 ounces frozen spinach thawed and squeezed dry
  • 14 ounces artichoke hearts canned or jarred, drained and chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in the thawed and squeezed spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, grated Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the top is lightly golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite dippers, such as tortilla chips, crackers, or bread.

Notes

You can add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat. For a creamier dip, you can add a splash of heavy cream.
