Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in the thawed and squeezed spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, grated Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the top is lightly golden brown.
- Serve hot with your favorite dippers, such as tortilla chips, crackers, or bread.
Notes
You can add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat. For a creamier dip, you can add a splash of heavy cream.
