Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the chicken wings on a baking sheet.
- Bake the wings for 30 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are cooked through and crispy.
- While the wings bake, prepare the glaze. Combine the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil in a small saucepan.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly until the honey dissolves.
- If you want a thicker glaze, whisk in the cornstarch mixed with a small amount of water. Continue to simmer for one minute until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Remove the cooked wings from the oven. Place the hot wings into a large bowl.
- Pour the warm soy ginger glaze over the wings. Toss well until every wing is fully coated.
- Serve the Asian Inspired Wings with Soy Ginger Glaze immediately.

Notes
If you skip the cornstarch, you will have a thinner sauce that coats the wings lightly. For extra crispiness before glazing, you can bake the wings at 425°F for 35 minutes.
