- In a medium bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and Dijon mustard. Set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, add chopped onion and sauté for about 5 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine a quarter cup of glaze, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Add the egg, sautéed onions, garlic, breadcrumbs, and ground turkey. Mix gently.
- Transfer mixture to a greased loaf pan or baking sheet, shape into a loaf, and brush the remaining glaze on top.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake for 55-65 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove from oven, let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
