Method
- Pat the salmon dry using paper towels.
- Mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and cayenne pepper (if you are using it) in a bowl.
- Rub this mixture over both sides of the fillets and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
- Place the salmon skin-side down in the basket and air fry for 8 to 10 minutes until the fish is flaky.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
