- For Garlic Butter Shrimp: Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for one minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Stir in the lemon juice during the last minute of cooking.
- For Sheet Pan Lemon Herb Shrimp: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 Celsius). Toss the shrimp with olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 8 to 10 minutes, or until cooked through. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
- For Spicy Shrimp Tacos: Toss the shrimp with chili powder, cumin, and salt in a bowl.
- Cook the seasoned shrimp in a hot skillet with a little oil for about 5 minutes total until done. Serve the cooked shrimp in warmed tortillas with your preferred toppings like cabbage slaw or avocado.
Notes
You can substitute frozen shrimp for fresh; just thaw them completely under cold running water before starting the recipe.
