Ingredients
  

  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh herbs, finely chopped (such as parsley or dill)
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  3. Whisk together the Dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, honey, and finely chopped fresh herbs in a small bowl until smooth.
  4. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and season them with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  5. Spread the Dijon mixture generously over each salmon fillet, covering the top surface.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, depending on thickness.
  7. Allow the salmon to rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Take salmon out of the refrigerator 15-20 minutes before cooking so it reaches room temperature. Season the salmon before applying the Dijon mixture. Pat salmon completely dry before applying the Dijon coating. Adjust the honey amount based on your Dijon mustard.
