  8. Grill Method: Preheat the grill to 375-450°F (medium heat). Grease the grates with oil.
  9. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  10. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
