  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder optional
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Grease or line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, eggs, and optional seasonings; blend until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared pan to form a crust about 1/4-inch thick.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. You can optionally broil for 1-2 minutes for added crunch.
  7. Let the crust rest for 5 minutes before adding toppings and bake again for another 5-8 minutes until cheese is melted.
  8. Slice and serve with your desired toppings.
