Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Grease or line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a blender, combine cottage cheese, eggs, and optional seasonings; blend until smooth.
- Gently fold in shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared pan to form a crust about 1/4-inch thick.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. You can optionally broil for 1-2 minutes for added crunch.
- Let the crust rest for 5 minutes before adding toppings and bake again for another 5-8 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve with your desired toppings.
