Ingredients
  

Snack 1
  • 1 pound Sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 1 package Cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup Salsa
  • 1/4 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
Snack 2
  • 2 cans Refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup Ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese your choice
Snack 3
  • 1 bag Tortilla chips
  • 1 can Black beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup Corn frozen or canned
  • 1/2 cup Red onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1/4 cup Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin

Method
 

  1. For Snack 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine sausage, cream cheese, salsa, and cheddar cheese. Mix well. Spoon into a small baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly. Serve with crackers or chips.
  2. For Snack 2: Unroll crescent rolls and press seams together to form a rectangle. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning. Spread evenly over the crescent roll dough. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Roll up tightly from the long side. Slice into 1-inch pieces. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  3. For Snack 3: In a large bowl, combine tortilla chips, black beans, corn, red onion, and cilantro. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, and cumin. Pour dressing over the chip mixture and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
