Instructions
- Wash and prepare all vegetables.
- Cut broccoli into bite-sized florets.
- Peel and slice carrots.
- Seed and slice red and yellow bell peppers.
- Combine all prepared vegetables in a large bowl or platter.
- Add cherry tomatoes and snap peas.
- Serve with ranch dip if desired.
