Description

A simple and healthy parfait layered with pumpkin puree, yogurt, and granola.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt.
  3. Layer half of the pumpkin mixture in a glass.
  4. Top with half of the Greek yogurt.
  5. Sprinkle half of the granola over the yogurt.
  6. Repeat layers.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a sweeter parfait, add more maple syrup.
  • Use your favorite type of granola.
  • Chill for at least 30 minutes for best results.
