Ingredients

- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup granola
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice.
- In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt.
- Layer half of the pumpkin mixture in a glass.
- Top with half of the Greek yogurt.
- Sprinkle half of the granola over the yogurt.
- Repeat layers.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a sweeter parfait, add more maple syrup.
- Use your favorite type of granola.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes for best results.
