  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
  4. Sprinkle the cheese mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border.
  5. Roll the dough up tightly, like a jelly roll.
  6. Cut the dough roll into 1-inch thick slices.
  7. Arrange the dough slices on the prepared baking sheet in a circle, with the cut sides facing up, to form a pumpkin shape. Leave a small space in the center for the stem.
  8. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, and salt.
  9. Brush the butter mixture over the dough slices.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  11. Let cool slightly before serving.
