- 1 (13.8 ounce) can refrigerated pizza crust dough
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
- Sprinkle the cheese mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border.
- Roll the dough up tightly, like a jelly roll.
- Cut the dough roll into 1-inch thick slices.
- Arrange the dough slices on the prepared baking sheet in a circle, with the cut sides facing up, to form a pumpkin shape. Leave a small space in the center for the stem.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, and salt.
- Brush the butter mixture over the dough slices.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can add a small piece of dough to the center for a stem if desired.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
