- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, kidney beans, chili powder, and cumin.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce heat and cook for at least 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
