Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Chopped green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with olive oil.
- In a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, rice vinegar, and grated ginger. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Add the slurry to the simmering sauce and stir until thickened.
- Add the chicken pieces to the sauce and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and coated in the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- Serve over rice or with your favorite side dishes.
