Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh spinach
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, mayonnaise
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, white cheddar cheese, spinach, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and form into patties.
- Cook the patties on a preheated grill or in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Toast the burger buns if desired.
- Assemble the burgers with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a tablespoon of Dijon mustard to the mixture.
